Dispurez 104
Dispurez 104 is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It has been formulated to offer the best combination of toughness and flexibility to coatings that require durability.
Films derived from Dispurez 104 exhibit excellent hydrolysis and thermal resistance whilst also offering excellent low temperature flexibility, making them particularly suited for waterproofing, boosting perfromance of acrylic wall coatings and textile applications.

Usage
- Boosting the performance of acrylic roof coatings. Offering excellent flexibility and increasing overall coating durability
- Increasing the durability of exterior wall coatings. It can offer enhanced UV resistance and dirt pick up, extending the length of coating intervals
- Prolonging the life of textile coatings and inks. Improving the heat and hydrolysis resistance and the combination of toughness and flexibility means films have better elastic recovery and abrasive resistance

Applications
Exterior Wall and Roof Coatings
- Boost the performance of exterior acrylic wall and roof coatings. Add to WB acrylic formulation to improve toughness (tensile strength) and to reduce water uptake.
- Reduced dirt pick up as addition of Dispurez 104 ensures the final coating is less tacky.
- Increase performance and ensure longer coating intervals with the addition of Dispurez 104.
Panels were placed in sand to demonstrate the reduced tackiness achieved by the addition of Dispurez 104 at 10% and 20% of the resin in the formulation.
